Our oil is olive trees and ancient Farga variety indigenous variety of Baix Maestrat (Castellón), and the regions of Montsiā and Baix Ebre (Tarragona), long-lived variety that existed at the time of the Arabs.

The Monumental trees olive trees are unique in the world, which at 1.30 m soil have a trunk circumference of 3.5 m. These trees are numbered and cataloged. The trees are what we do not reach these dimensions but are also large specimens.

Our olives are collected under the supervision of a land surveyor, at the time of ripeness and trough and sensitive way possible, following a meticulous production process, with the highest quality standards, allowing us to provide a value to our oil.

Finally, our oil is packaged in darkness to preserve its purity and unique properties, to see the light for the first time when you open a bottle.
