TASTING NOTES

Medium green aroma. On the palate, this oil displays well-balanced sweet, biller and spicy notes, with a slightly astringent feel. Secondary aromas also come throught, evoking freshly cut grass and garden plants, such as green tomatoes and hints of green walnuts.
